Breaking new ground in their marketplace, Fios launched a series of three Webinars that covered specific areas of interest to their marketplace. Utilizing current customer lists, a free whitepaper download, and past seminar/convention participants seeking additional information, Fios launched a campaign to educate potential customers that the company existed solely to provide knowledge.
Additionally, Fios used the seminars to poll attendees in regard to future offerings, as well as to drive sign-ups for a newsletter on similar topics for 2004. eROI worked with Fios to create and track several effective email emarketing campaigns and developed a high-traffic Blog to drive increased numbers of registrants to its webinar. Examples of the Blog, Blog statistics, and email creative are shown above.
Results
Fios’ Webinars garnered three times the projected registrants; the seminar series was replayed in the following months to meet demand. The company’s secondary Webinar series is now available due to the demand and feedback on the value to participants. |
