Philosophy

At the heart of our services is a very simple philosophy: insight occurs through conversation. The more you talk with customers, the better you understand their needs and are able to meet or exceed expectations (and sell product).

That is all fine and good, but how does one get started? Easy. We've developed a dialog strategy to provide structure and ensure conversations result in the desired action or feeling. The three phased approach is circular in nature in that it never ends, rather, it evolves.

Conversation
Properly utilized, email provides an excellent opportunity for dialog. Whether sending an introductory email to prospects or updating a customer on products and services, email creates an opportunity for conversation, which leads to insight.

Connection
Insights garnered from the conversation phase of an email dialog strategy lead to a connection between the sender (company) and recipient (stakeholder). This connection may be in the form of a conversion, (i.e. prospect to customer).

Community
Once a prospect has converted to a customer, (or a similar desired occurrence has taken place) an even greater opportunity exists to incorporate the stakeholder into the creative process, whether it be collaboration on new products or evolving current services. At the community level, the traditional customer becomes an evangelist.
